The form asks for your name, email, business name, service choice and project brief. It prepares a draft in your email application; it does not send a submission to a form server or save your entries in browser storage. We receive your enquiry only when you send the email. Providing details is voluntary, but we need enough information to reply and discuss your project. Please do not include passwords, card details or sensitive customer records.
02Why you provide information
Opulent Limited uses the information you send to respond, clarify your requirements and prepare a proposal. If you engage us, relevant correspondence is also used to deliver and support your agreed project. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
03Website data and service providers
This website uses Vercel hosting and Cloudflare domain services. Hosting, network and email providers may process technical request data or correspondence to operate their services, including outside New Zealand. The website application does not use analytics or advertising pixels, and does not set its own cookies or save enquiry details in local storage. Provider-level security features and technical logs are separate from the application. You can control cookies through your browser.
04Payments and other websites
This website's enquiry form does not collect payments. The business uses Stripe for payment arrangements agreed separately. Review the privacy information and payment terms shown at any payment page before paying. Customer portfolio links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices.
05Access, correction and questions
You can ask about the personal information Opulent Limited holds about you and request access or correction by emailing hello@smartcodebase.com. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information. If you have a concern, contact us first; you can also contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner. This notice does not limit your rights under applicable privacy law.
