NZ$999 including GST is the one-time development-only charge for your branded website, Android and iOS apps, payment-gateway setup and one admin console. The promotion also includes free standard hosting and one free maintenance service each month for the first 12 months from launch. Pages, app features, integrations and delivery milestones are agreed in writing before you commit.

The NZ$999 charge is a one-time development fee. Standard hosting is free under this promotion. Domain registration and renewals, Google Play Console fees and Apple Developer Program fees are separate customer costs. Higher-performance hosting, payment-processing fees and any agreed paid third-party services are also separate. We explain applicable costs before you commit.

Yes, standard hosting is included free with this promotion. If your business needs higher performance, extra capacity or paid infrastructure beyond the included setup, the customer pays for the upgrade. We discuss the requirement and price before an upgrade is approved. Hosting limits and the hosting arrangement are documented in your proposal; this is not unlimited hosting or a lifetime guarantee.

Your proposal will specify the app technology, supported devices, functionality and distribution approach before work starts. Android and iOS delivery does not mean unlimited custom development. Apple and Google review app submissions independently; approval and review timing cannot be guaranteed. A website wrapper alone may not meet store requirements.

You receive one free maintenance service per month for the first 12 months from launch. Additional maintenance in the same month is available for a small, reasonable charge, quoted for your approval before the extra work starts. Your proposal defines the included tasks, time allowance and response times. New features, major redesigns and 24/7 support are not included automatically. Care after the first year is agreed separately.

You can add social media management and five banner designs for a one-time NZ$200 charge, separate from the NZ$999 development fee. Five banners are included; the social platforms, post quantity, revisions, service period and any applicable GST are confirmed in your proposal before you agree. This is not an ongoing monthly subscription. Advertising spend is not included. Selecting the add-on in an enquiry is not a purchase.

The aim is a branded digital presence with a practical handover. Your agreement must specify the ownership or licence for custom code, designs and content, account access, source-code handover and the point at which rights transfer. Third-party software and services keep their own licences and terms.

The planned promotion is for ten new customers during 1-31 October 2026, New Zealand time, or until all ten places are allocated. We confirm availability and the steps to secure a place directly in your proposal. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place, create an order or guarantee an October launch date.

Security setup, access permissions and maintenance responsibilities are agreed for your project. Payment-provider approval and its supported methods still apply. No website or app can be guaranteed risk-free, and the included monthly maintenance service is not continuous security monitoring or a promise of unlimited incident response.
