One clearly scoped workflow

Discovery defines one workflow, its users and the intended result. Feasibility and a written scope are confirmed before the final fixed quote.

A focused admin dashboard

A focused interface for that workflow, with screens and actions agreed during scoping. This is not a complete enterprise, accounting or POS suite.

Agreed staff access & reporting

The staff access and reporting included in your written scope. Specialist integrations, complex permissions and extra reports are quoted separately.

Testing, training & handover

Testing against the agreed workflow, a handover and training on included functionality. You review one consolidated revision round before launch.

Can this include a full POS or accounting system?

Not at this starting scope. A complete POS or accounting suite, hardware, data migration and specialist integrations need separate discovery, specifications and pricing.

Is this the final price?

This is a starting price for the listed scope. We confirm your requirements, exclusions, final total, any GST and payment milestones in a written proposal before work begins. No payment is taken on this page.

How long will the project take?

Delivery dates are agreed in your proposal after we review the scope, content readiness and any provider setup. Supplying complete content and consolidated feedback helps us keep to the agreed milestones.

What support is included after launch?

Handover and 30 days of fixes for defects in the agreed build are included. New features, content changes, ongoing maintenance and third-party problems are not unlimited free support. Optional care or a separate quote covers further work.

Who owns the accounts and content?

You keep your domain and provider accounts. You supply content and images that you have permission to use. Platform subscriptions and third-party assets remain subject to their own terms.

Can I change the scope later?

Yes. We discuss the impact and agree a separate quote before adding work. The starting build includes one consolidated revision round; additional revisions and new functionality are separate.
