02Contact
Email hello@smartcodebase.com for projects, support, billing or privacy questions. Please reference your project or invoice when relevant. Do not email passwords or payment-card details.
03Project pricing and agreement
Displayed package prices are starting prices in New Zealand dollars. Your written proposal confirms scope, applicable GST, final fees, provider costs, delivery expectations and payment stages before you commit. Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are separate unless your proposal says otherwise. Making an enquiry does not place an order.
04Payment arrangements
Stripe is the payment provider used by the business. Available methods and any Afterpay option must be confirmed in the payment arrangement for your project; instalment eligibility is determined by the provider. This website has no instant purchase checkout.
05Support and service questions
Support scope, revisions, cancellation arrangements and handover are agreed for your project before work begins. Optional monthly care is separate from the initial build and provider fees. Contact us about any concern with agreed work. Nothing on this website removes remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
