Setup of one payment gateway supported by the chosen platform. You create and verify the merchant account; approval and transaction fees are controlled by the provider.

Standard delivery configuration

Standard delivery settings based on the areas and rates you supply. Complex shipping rules, specialist carrier integrations and fulfilment automation are separate.

Order management & training

Access to the platform's order-management tools and a handover on the agreed routine tasks. The scope confirms which tasks and workflows are covered.

Are payment fees and platform subscriptions included?

No. The build includes setup within the agreed scope, not provider subscriptions or transaction charges. We identify the relevant provider costs before you approve the proposal.

Is this the final price?

This is a starting price for the listed scope. We confirm your requirements, exclusions, final total, any GST and payment milestones in a written proposal before work begins. No payment is taken on this page.

How long will the project take?

Delivery dates are agreed in your proposal after we review the scope, content readiness and any provider setup. Supplying complete content and consolidated feedback helps us keep to the agreed milestones.

What support is included after launch?

Handover and 30 days of fixes for defects in the agreed build are included. New features, content changes, ongoing maintenance and third-party problems are not unlimited free support. Optional care or a separate quote covers further work.

Who owns the accounts and content?

You keep your domain and provider accounts. You supply content and images that you have permission to use. Platform subscriptions and third-party assets remain subject to their own terms.

Can I change the scope later?

Yes. We discuss the impact and agree a separate quote before adding work. The starting build includes one consolidated revision round; additional revisions and new functionality are separate.
